At 16:56 on July 8, 2026, the Dafang County Meteorological Observatory continued to issue an orange hail warning signal: it is expected that hail weather will occur in towns (streets) such as Daxi, Sanyuan, Anle, Fengshan, Changshi, Guowa, Dingxin, Maochang, Lutang, Baili Dujuan Pengcheng, Pudi, Baina, Shachang, Dashui, Huangni in our county within the next 6 hours, and may cause hail disasters. Please take measures to prevent hail, reduce outings, and properly place outdoor items and vehicles that are susceptible to hail. Please ask relevant units and individuals to do a good job in responding to hail.

Hail weather may occur within 6 hours and may cause hail damage.

Guidelines

1. The government and relevant departments should do a good job of preventing hail in emergency response according to their responsibilities;

2. The meteorological department is ready for manual anti-hail operations and selects the opportunity to perform operations;

3. Outdoor pedestrians immediately go to a safe place for temporary shelter;

4. Drive poultry and livestock into covered places, and properly protect outdoor objects or equipment such as cars that are vulnerable to hail attack;

七星关区气象台2026年07月08日14时03分发布雷雨强风黄色预警信号：预计未来6小时我区阴底、放珠、水箐、朱昌、燕子口、野角、长春堡、杨家湾、田坝桥、林口、撒拉溪、青场、八寨、对坡、大银、何官屯、大新桥、田坝、大河、千溪、鸭池、文阁、双山、岔河、梨树、响水、竹园、清水铺、柏杨林等乡镇（街道）将受雷雨天气影响，出现8级（≥17.2m/s）以上阵风，并伴有强雷电，请密切关注雷雨强风最新消息和有关防御通知，居民减少外出，远离易被大风吹动的搭建物，切勿在树下、电杆下、塔吊下躲避，留在有雷电防护装置的安全场所暂避。高空、港口、水上设施、水上水下作业人员立即采取安全措施或者暂停作业活动，船舶谨慎驾驶或者停航，注意防范由强雷电及大风天气引发的各项安全事故。
