At 04:39 on May 28, 2026, the Dafang County Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow warning signal for lightning: it is expected that in the next 6 hours, thunderstorms will occur in towns (streets) such as Niuchang, Machang, Duijiang, Lutang, Maochang, Lihua, Xiaotun, Yangchang, Huangnitang, Hongqi, Muoge, Shunde, Jiuyi, Dongguan, Walnut, Daxi, Piaojing, Changshi, Guowa, Babao, Xinglong, Baili Dujuan Pengcheng, Baina, Pudi, Shachang, Dashui, Huangni, etc., accompanied by strong convective weather such as strong winds, short-term heavy precipitation, and small hail in some areas.
