At 21:21 on November 16, the Bijiang District Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that in the next 24 hours, towns and streets such as Yunchangping, Chuandong, and talc in our district will be affected by strong winds, with an average wind speed of up to level 6 and gusts of up to level 7, which may continue. It is recommended not to stay near glass doors and windows, billboards, dangerous sheds and simple houses as much as possible.

Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.
