At 15:57 on February 22, 2025, the Pan an County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for road icing: Due to the influence of low temperatures and rainy and snowy weather, it is expected that the road surface temperature in high-altitude areas such as Yushan, Jianshan, Shanghu, Jiuhe, Panfeng, Incheon, and Dapan in our county will drop below 0 ℃ tonight and tomorrow morning. Road icing is prone to occur in flooded (snowy) sections. Please pay attention to preventing the adverse effects of road icing on transportation.
Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
